There are several first time buyer loan and grant programs available today. There are special programs for many different kinds of buyers. These programs include, but are not limited to, people who live in several different cities such as San Bernardino, Highland, Rancho Cucamonga, Redlands, and Banning, just to name a few, or San Bernardino County & Riverside County can also be eligible!
Other programs do not require you to live in those cities or counties but still wants to give you a grant so you can live there! There are also programs for teachers, nurses, police officers, fire fighters, former / current military, professors, people with county and state retirement programs, as well as many others!
REMEMBER First Time Buyer Loans Have Less or no income restriction and may be easier to qualify for. However we can help you to find out if you qualify for a State, County, or City grant. These grants are for up to 30% of the purchase price, and require no monthly payments!
There are some income restrictions on a few of these programs but not all. If you have never owned a home before, or have not owned a home for at least three years, you may qualify for an amazing loan program!
Please note that if you have owned a home within the last three years, you still may qualify for one of these programs! However, you will be restricted to purchasing a home located within a specific geographic area or you must have a significant reason to beable to requlify such as a death in the family.
